Role Description The German Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sisli. The teacher will deliver engaging, communication-based German lessons to students at various proficiency levels, following the school’s curriculum and tailoring instruction to individual and group needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting interactive classroom activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves maintaining accurate records of student performance, collaborating with other instructors and academic staff on program development, and participating in trainings or meetings to enhance teaching quality. The German Teacher is also expected to foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages participation, confidence, and continuous improvement in German language skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong German Teaching and general Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct learners at different levels.
• Candidates should possess Education-related skills, including curriculum understanding and lesson planning aligned with communicative methodologies.
• Candidates should possess Tutoring skills for providing one-on-one support and targeted guidance to learners who need additional help.
• Candidates should possess Training skills for delivering structured language programs to both individual and corporate clients.
• Proficiency in German (preferably native or near-native) and strong command of English for instructional and communication purposes.
