The Class Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. The role includes managing the classroom environment, monitoring student progress, providing regular feedback, and maintaining accurate records of assessments and attendance. The teacher collaborates with colleagues, participates in staff meetings and professional development, and communicates regularly with families to support each student’s academic and personal growth. Additional responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, supervising students during school activities, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in education and teaching, with formal training or a degree in Education or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability in lesson planning and curriculum implementation to meet diverse learning needs.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues in a multicultural environment.
