The Global Talent Co. is building a lean outbound team to recruit independent sales partners across Europe. You will call self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals to introduce the partner program and gauge their interest in a partnership.

This is an early-stage team with a fast start; you will document outcomes in CRM, handle objections, and schedule 1-on-1 consultations for the partner management team while adhering to data protection guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker required; all calls conducted in German.
• 2+ years of B2B phone acquisition or related sales experience.
• Background in financial services, insurance, real estate, energy, or telecommunications preferred.
• Ability to explain a new business model and its economic upside.
• Strong objection handling and disciplined follow-up.
• Comfortable with structured CRM documentation and high data quality.
• Available during core hours, 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential sales partners by phone (self-employed agents, brokers, real estate professionals).
• Explain partnership model and its value to their customer base.
• Qualify relevance and genuine interest before booking next steps.
• Schedule qualified 1-on-1 consultations for partner management team.
• Document call outcomes, objections, and next steps in the CRM.
• Share insights and recurring themes with the team.
• Adhere to data protection, compliance, and call guidelines.
