Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is recruiting for a fully remote telesales role working 9:00–17:00 CET on weekdays. You will run high-volume outbound campaigns to recruit independent sales partners, pitching a partnership model and booking consultations for the partner team.

You’ll join a small, high-output team in an early stage and have ownership over your pipeline and results, with a focus on German-language outreach to independent agents and brokers across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound calling campaigns to self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals.
• Pitch the partnership model clearly and confidently, and handle objections in real time.
• Qualify interest and book 1-on-1 consultations for the partner management team.
• Work toward clear monthly call and conversion targets.
• Log call outcomes and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Share patterns and insights from your calls back with the team.
• Follow data protection, compliance, and call guidelines at all times.
