Dream Games is looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our performance marketing team. You will build generative AI pipelines and agentic systems for creative production, including image and video generation and automated workflows. You will prototype quickly against creative problems and translate what works into production.

A genuine creative eye for ads and a collaborative mindset are essential. You will work with designers and strategists to turn ideas into scalable tools and playables,

Qualifications

• Computer engineering background with a genuine creative eye.
• Proficiency in Python and building agentic workflows.
• Experience with generative AI, diffusion models, and image/video generation.
• Familiarity with RAG, function calling, and vector databases.
• Deep interest in state-of-the-art AI and following new models.
• Passion for games and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining AI powered features and agentic workflows for creative production
• Contributing to systems that generate ad creatives, including interactive playables, by combining code generation and multimodal asset generation
• Working with creative strategists to turn their craft into repeatable, scaled workflows
• Developing evaluation pipelines for creative output, including quality checks and human-in-the-loop review
