Job summary

Imerys, a world-leading mineral-based specialty solutions provider, seeks a General Accountant to join its finance team in Konak. You will ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, reconcile ledgers, and support month-end and year-end closings.

The role requires SAP knowledge, attention to detail, and English fluency; you will report to the Country Finance Manager and collaborate with group companies. A university degree and 2-3 years of accounting experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and controls.
• Attention to detail with numerical accuracy.
• Collaborative team player able to work across groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track payments for three group entities.
• Perform daily accounting operations using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Support VAT refund processes and follow-up.
• Report to the Country Finance Manager.
