Aufgaben

• Ensure the accurate and timely recording of supplier invoices and expenses.
• Maintain fixed asset records and calculate depreciation in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare period-end accruals and perform account reconciliations.
• Process payroll accruals and reconcile personnel accounts.
• Conduct regular supplier account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor provision accounts and ensure accurate recording of related entries.
• Support tax declaration processes by preparing draft tax returns for managerial review.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the accurate and timely execution of accounting processes.
• Complete tasks assigned by the manager accurately and within established deadlines.
