Job summary

Vertigo Games in Istanbul is seeking a Game Community Specialist to own day-to-day communication with our players. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Levent office, 5 days a week.

You’ll be talking to players daily across Discord and social channels, turning feedback into actionable reports for the team. You should be adept with Discord and major platforms, possess strong written and verbal communication, and thrive in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience running online communities and engaging players.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize content calendars and publish timely posts.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and data analysis.

Vertigo Games is an Istanbul-based mobile game studio behind Critical Strike and Polygun Arena, two FPS titles ranking at the top on iOS and Android with over 150 million players worldwide.

We're hiring a Game Community Specialist to own day-to-day communication with our players. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Levent office, 5 days a week.

You'll be talking to our players every day, so we'd like you to know our games well. Please play Critical Strike and Polygun Arena before you apply.

What you'll do

• Manage our player communities on Discord, Reddit, Facebook and Instagram, keeping them positive, welcoming and active.
• Gather player feedback and concerns and turn them into clear, actionable reports for the team.
• Work with QA and Product to identify, track and follow up on player-reported issues.
• Plan and publish social media content using a structured content calendar.
• Use AI tools daily for content creation, feedback analysis and organizing information.

• Strong passion for FPS games and a good understanding of their mechanics, culture and players.
• Hands-on experience with Discord and major social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with attention to detail and good organization.
• Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team.
