Vertigo Games in Istanbul is seeking a passionate Community Specialist to join our growing team. This on-site role requires you to work from our Levent office five days a week, enthusiastically engaging players and shaping our community around midcore FPS titles.

You’ll manage Discord, Reddit, Facebook and Instagram, turn player feedback into actionable reports, and collaborate with QA and Product to keep our communities positive and informed.

Qualifikationen

• Deep passion for FPS titles and understanding of their mechanics, culture and audience.
• Experience with Discord and major social platforms; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, with problem-solving, conflict resolution, project management, attention to detail and organization.
• Able to work independently and in fast-paced teams; driven to improve continuously.

We're looking for a passionate Community Specialist to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This is an on-site role, requiring you to work 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

In this role, we deeply care about your passion for midcore games and the FPS genre. We highly encourage you to get familiar with both of our games before you apply and complete your application only if you’re genuinely excited to play them extensively and dive deep into their mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Be right at the heart of the community, engaging with players across Discord, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, while creating a space that’s positive, welcoming, and full of genuine interaction.
• Actively listen to players, understand their concerns, and be their voice within the team by turning feedback into clear, actionable reports.
• Work closely with QA and Product teams to identify, track, and resolve issues.
• Bring fresh energy to social media channels with timely, relevant content and keep everything on track with a well-structured content calendar.
• Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to create content, analyze feedback, organize information, and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• A deep-rooted passion for FPS games and a strong grasp of their mechanics, culture, and player mindset.
• Experience with Discord and major social media platforms, along with great written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with strengths in problem-solving, conflict resolution, project management, attention to detail, and organization.
• Comfort working both independently and in fast-paced team environments, with curiosity, motivation, and a constant drive to improve.
