Now, we’re looking for a passionate Community Manager to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Levent. This is an on-site role, where you will be working 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

Responsibilities

• Be right in the heart of the community, engaging with players across Discord, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram
• Create a space that’s positive, welcoming, and full of genuine interaction
• Actively listen to players, understand their concerns, and be their voice within the team
• Turn feedback into clear, actionable reports to help the team move fast and smart
• Work closely with QA and Product teams to identify, track, and resolve issues
• Use community data and trends to spot opportunities for growth and improvement
• Bring fresh energy to social media channels with timely, relevant content
• Keep everything on track with a well-structured content calendar
• Handle conflict and challenges with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Use CMS and CRM tools to keep things organized behind the scenes

Required Skills

• A deep-rooted passion for FPS games and a strong grasp of their mechanics, culture, and player mindset
• Experience with Discord and major social media platforms
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence in engaging with diverse audiences
• A proactive mindset with strengths in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and project management
• Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Bring both creativity and strategic insight to grow, nurture, and energize the community
• Comfort working both independently and in fast-paced team environments
• Curiosity, motivation, and a constant drive to improve
• Speaking Russian, Korean, or Portuguese is a plus
