Job summary

Mira Clinic in Turkey is seeking a fluent French Interpreter to join our team. You will support communication between French-speaking patients, doctors, and administrative departments, ensuring a smooth and reassuring patient experience from arrival through follow-up.

Key responsibilities include interpreting during consultations and treatments, translating communications as needed, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced medical tourism environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French; Turkish is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in interpretation, translation, customer service, or medical tourism is preferred.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required by operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Support French-speaking patients throughout every stage of their treatment journey.
• Facilitate clear communication between French-speaking patients, doctors, and clinic departments.
• Provide interpretation during medical consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments.
• Translate verbal and written communications for French-speaking patients as needed.
• Respond to patient inquiries in French and provide clear, accurate information.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to support daily clinic operations.
