Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye is seeking a fraud analytics specialist to join our data team. You will work on dealer scoring systems, monitor fraud patterns, and develop analytical models using SQL and Tableau to deliver dashboards for leadership.

You’ll perform audits, prepare reports, and collaborate with IT to improve fraud controls. We value ongoing education in engineering, solid English, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed studies in engineering or related fields with interest in data mining.
• Good command of English for analytics discussions and reporting.
• Experience in analytical modeling and model performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Operate fraud scoring and dealer scoring systems.
• Own dealer fraud domain and monitor fraud issues.
• Assist with fraud penalty calculations and procedures.
• Develop and test analytical models for fraud detection.
• Build SQL data tables for fraud scorecards.
• Design dealer dashboards with Tableau in collaboration with tech teams.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with audit policies.
• Prepare fraud reports and report to Fraud Manager.
