Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye is seeking a fraud analytics specialist to join our data team. You will work on dealer scoring systems, monitor fraud patterns, and develop analytical models using SQL and Tableau to deliver dashboards for leadership.

You’ll perform audits, prepare reports, and collaborate with IT to improve fraud controls. We value ongoing education in engineering, solid English, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed studies in engineering or related fields with interest in data mining.
Good command of English for analytics discussions and reporting.
Experience in analytical modeling and model performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Operate fraud scoring and dealer scoring systems.
Own dealer fraud domain and monitor fraud issues.
Assist with fraud penalty calculations and procedures.
Develop and test analytical models for fraud detection.
Build SQL data tables for fraud scorecards.
Design dealer dashboards with Tableau in collaboration with tech teams.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with audit policies.
Prepare fraud reports and report to Fraud Manager.

What You’ll Do

Operation of A360 dealer scoring system
Dealer fraud domain ownership, monitoring dealer fraud, dealer agent fraud issues
Supporting the automatic calculation of fraud penalties and improving dealer penalty procedures
Assisting with fraud scorecards, developing and testing analytical models
Development of fraud scorecard data table with SQL process
Developing and designing dealer dashboards with the help of the technology department with Tableau tool
Conduct regular audits and assessments of the current fraud situation and establish monitoring and review mechanisms to ensure compliance with audit policies and procedures
Preparation of Fraud reports
Reporting to the Fraud Manager

Who You Are

Continuing education in Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or Industrial Engineering departments and interested in data mining
Have a good command of English
Analytical Modeling experience (Logistics regression and model performance tracking
Powerful Tableau experience (Existing screen enhancements and editing of screens in case of error)
Good knowledge of SQL (ability to read ETL code and include development)
Preferably with SQL license
