Job summary

Luron AI, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer for an on-site role based in Istanbul. You will design and deploy AI-powered back-end services, build robust APIs, and create scalable microservices for enterprise environments.

You will collaborate closely with client teams, integrate AI models into production workflows, and contribute to deployment pipelines and documentation to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in CS including algorithms, data structures and system design.
• Proficiency in software development with production-grade applications.
• Experience with back-end development, APIs, databases and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML systems in real-world environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD tools for reliable deployment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with enterprise stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write secure, maintainable code.
• On-site in Istanbul and able to work with clients in dynamic environments.

Role Description

The Forward Deployed Software Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Istanbul, focused on building and deploying AI-powered systems directly within enterprise environments. Responsibilities include designing and implementing back-end services, integrating AI models into production workflows, and developing robust APIs and microservices that support voice and chat agents. The role involves close collaboration with client teams to understand operational requirements, customize solutions, and troubleshoot production issues. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, maintainable code, performing code reviews, optimizing system performance, and monitoring deployed systems to ensure reliability and scalability. The engineer will also contribute to technical documentation, deployment pipelines, and continuous improvement of Luron’s AI platform.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in building production-grade applications.
• Experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating or working with AI/ML systems in real-world environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD tools for reliable deployment and operations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work directly with enterprise stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
