Job summary

Luron AI, Inc. in Istanbul seeks a Deployment Lead to own how deployments reach production, manage schedules and quality, and lead a growing team of deployment strategists and forward deployed engineers.

You will personally handle the hardest accounts, set repeatable deployment standards, and serve as the escalation point for customers while working closely with engineering to minimize heroics.

Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise delivery, deployment, technical program, or professional services end to end.
• Track record of leading people, or of being the person a team already follows without the title.
• Enough technical depth to challenge a solution design and to be taken seriously by engineers.
• Comfortable holding a commercial relationship and a technical constraint at the same time.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
• High ownership, and calm when a launch is going badly.
• Based in Istanbul and able to work on-site.

• Own the portfolio of live deployments end to end: scope, sequencing, dates, and the quality of what goes into production.
• Lead and grow the team of deployment strategists and forward deployed engineers.
• Take personal ownership of the hardest accounts, the ones where the relationship or the timeline is at risk.
• Set the standard for how a deployment runs, then make it repeatable so the next one starts further ahead.
• Be the escalation point for customers and the person who tells them the truth about what is happening.
• Work with engineering on what the product must absorb so deployments stop needing heroics.
• Build the reporting that shows where every deployment actually stands, not where it was supposed to be.
• Hire the people who will do this work as we open new markets.

We are hiring a Deployment Lead to own how Luron delivers. Deployment is where the company is judged: an enterprise does not experience our product, it experiences the deployment of it.

You will lead the strategists and forward deployed engineers working inside customer operations, and you will be accountable for what actually reaches production, on what date, at what quality.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will still be in customer rooms and still in the detail of the hard accounts. The job is to make the whole function work, not to watch it from a dashboard.

Who we're looking for

You have delivered complex technical work inside large organizations and carried the consequences when it slipped. You are credible with an enterprise executive and with the engineer debugging their integration, and you would rather give a customer an uncomfortable date than a comfortable one you cannot hold. You lead by being in the work, not above it.
