Role Description

The Deployment Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Istanbul. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing the deployment of AI solutions into enterprise operations, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, mapping current workflows, and identifying opportunities where AI agents can improve efficiency and customer experience. The Deployment Strategist collaborates closely with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to define deployment plans, coordinate implementations, and monitor performance in production environments. The role also involves preparing clear documentation, communicating progress and risks, and iterating on strategies based on data, feedback, and evolving client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, consulting, or product deployment roles, preferably in AI, software, or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate complex operational processes into structured requirements and deployment plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI systems, data-driven products, or large-scale technology implementations; experience with voice or chat solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Istanbul, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, a structured approach to execution, and a strong interest in applied AI and enterprise transformation.
