Job summary

Rönesans Holding is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist to be based at the Ankara headquarters. The role focuses on IFRS financial statements, consolidation, and timely reporting across group companies.

You will collaborate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong IFRS background, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years experience (ideally in big 4 audit firms) with real sector exposure; construction sector a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and consolidation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements and reporting packages quarterly and annually.
• Perform quarterly consolidated statements analysis and report to top management.
• Coordinate with group companies to ensure timely reporting submissions.
• Liaise with external auditors, reporting groups and financial institutions.
• Develop IT tools for the financial reporting process and streamline policies across groups.
• Support liquidity management, KPI reporting and other management reports.

Skill / Knowledge required for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or other Administrative Science departments from a reputable university,
• Minimum 3 years experience (especially in big 4 audit firms) real sector experience and construction sector experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of verbal and written in English,
• Good understanding of IFRS standards,
• Consolidation experience is a plus,
• Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment,
• Strong ability of analytical thinking, teamwork, interaction and negotiation skills,
• Excellent command of MS-Office Applications with advanced Excel and Word skills,
• SAP experience, CPA degree/nomination is a plus,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements and reporting packages on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Performing quarterly financial statements analytical reviews at consolidated level and reporting to the top management
• Coordinate with group companies and business units to ensure timely and accurate reporting submissions.
• Managing and coordinating relations with various parties including external auditors , other reporting groups and financial institutions,
• Develop and implement IT tools used in financial reporting process,
• Streamlining accounting policies across the group companies,
• Preparing and supporting management reports such as NWC, KPI reporting and Liquidity management,
• Providing assistance for documentation work with regard to several fields (including but not limited to audit, tenders, national and international organizations),
• Providing assistance for monitoring the covenants and undertakings under financing agreements and take necessary actions as needed,
