Job summary

Anadolu Group in Turkey seeks a Financial Control and Reporting Supervisor to manage IFRS and CMB-compliant reporting and analyses. You will prepare management presentations, assess variances, and ensure timely submissions across the holding group.

The role requires 7–8 years in Big 4 or FP&A/Controlling, strong English, IFRS/CMB knowledge, and MS Office proficiency. A dynamic, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• 7–8 years of experience in Big 4 audit and/or FP&A/Controlling roles.
• Strong command of English (written & spoken).
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and CMB regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset; ability to navigate dynamic environments.
• Experience in holding companies is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial presentations and materials for management and Board of Directors.

• Prepare financial reports in compliance with CMB regulations.
• Monitor financial performance (P&L, working capital, FCF, KPIs) and support countries to improve results with guidance.
• Follow IFRS updates and local regulations to ensure compliance in planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with Anadolu Group stakeholders to meet deadlines and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Develop and improve reporting structures, systems, and processes for external and internal reporting needs.

• Analyzing variances between actuals, forecasts, scenarios, and business plans; translating data into meaningful insights for senior leadership.
• Preparing financial reports in compliance with Capital Markets Board (CMB) regulations.
• Monitoring financial performance (P&L, working capital, FCF, key KPIs) and supporting countries in improving results through clear guidance and follow up.
• Following IFRS updates and relevant local regulations to ensure full compliance throughout planning and reporting processes.
• Managing internal deadlines across Anadolu Group, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Developing and improving reporting structures, systems, and processes for external and internal reporting needs.

• 7–8 years of experience in Big 4 audit companies and/or relevant departments (FP&A, Budget & Controlling) with a solid grasp of finance, accounting, and consolidation.
