Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Istanbul, Turkey seeks a Finance Analyst to support the EMEA region with business analysis, budgeting and forecasting. You will consolidate regional inputs, explain results to senior leaders, and support strategic planning in line with corporate guidelines.

The role requires a degree in Economics and Business Administration, finance experience, and strong skills in SAP, Excel and PowerBI, plus fluent English.

• Prior experience in Finance.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides business analysis for the EMEA region to identify variances, drivers and action plans.
• Provides quality financial analysis and collects regional input to explain monthly/quarterly results to regional and senior leaders.
• Prepares and consolidates regional operating plan and forecasts in line with corporate requirements and guidelines.
• Identifies opportunities for improvements of planning, forecasting and analysis.
• Involved in strategic and long term business plans with communication to business partners.
• Maintains relationships and collaborates with international Finance departments and Senior Management.
• Provides ad-hoc reports and analysis.

• Provides business analysis for our EMEA Business to identify key variances, drivers and action plans
• Provides quality financial analysis and collects regional input to explain monthly/quarterly results to regional and senior leaders
• Prepares and consolidates regional operating plan and forecasts in line with corporate requirements and guidelines
• Identifies opportunities for improvements of planning, forecasting and analysis
• Involved in strategic and long term business plans (submissions, preparation, communication with all business partners)
• Maintains a strong relationship and collaborates with international Finance departments as well as Senior Management
• Provides ad-hoc reports and analysis

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge in SAP, Excel, PowerBI
• Fluency in English
