Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance or related fields.
• New graduate or up to 3 years of audit services experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Result oriented, adaptable and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with regulations and policies.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial statements and identify risks.
• Perform variance analysis and review changes in accounting records.
• Manage reconciliation processes and follow up on documentation.
• Evaluate business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and value creation.
• Review compliance with tax regulations, codes, and internal procedures.
• Support financial due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, including reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on audit findings.

Fiba Holding's Financial Audit Department is now seeking a Financial Audit Assistant Specialist who seek unlimited capacity of learning and development opportunity within a highly dynamic and challenging environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant departments (Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related departments)
• New graduate or max. 3 years of experience in a related position in audit services
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and high sense of responsibility
• Result oriented, open to change, excellent team player
