As Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye, we have successfully built a track record in Financial and Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory businesses within last seven years and closed almost 50 projects in various industries. In order to continue our growth in this business successfully we are looking for new team members to join our Financial Advisory Department. The title of the position(s) will be determined based on the industry experience of the candidate(s) willing to join the team and may vary from Senior Associate, Assistant Vice President to Vice President.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background including graduate or undergraduate degrees in business administration, engineering and economics complemented with accounting and finance courses,
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, feasibility and valuation services or related experience in transaction services,
• Having strong understanding of project execution and coordination, strong problem-solving skills and business intuition,
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, intellectual curiosity, proactive mind-set and thinking outside of the box,
• Ability to develop financial models applicable to various industries,
• Excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team and an energetic atmosphere,
• Ability to communicate effectively in English as well as Turkish, both orally and in writing,
• No travel restrictions.

Job Description

• Preparing presentation materials, valuation and feasibility reports including but not limited to teaser, information memorandum, management presentation, etc. and participating in deal pitches,
• Taking responsibility in several projects simultaneously and working effectively as an individual and a team member.
