Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging Türkiye seeks a seasoned Finance professional to join our Esenyurt site in Istanbul. The Finance Supervisor will support monthly closings, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, delivering actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency across cross-functional teams.

You will work with SAP/ERP systems, Power BI, and advanced Excel, reporting to the Business Controlling Manager and contributing to continuous process improvements in a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance.
• 5–7 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or External Audit.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, Power BI is a plus.

• Prepare periodic financial and operational performance reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Perform profitability, cost, and business performance analyses.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support management decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.

In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while providing valuable business insights to support decision-making.
