Job summary

ECCO Türkiye is seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, controls, and reporting across Türkiye operations. The role reports to the General Manager and collaborates with the Regional Financial Director to drive performance.

You will manage cash flow, working capital, cost control, and profitability analysis, coordinate internal and external audits, and oversee the Finance team, closing, taxation, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

• Oversee accounting, closing, reconciliations, tax-related processes and statutory requirements
• Lead the Finance team and supervise finance functions across Türkiye operations

Job description

ECCO Türkiye is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, financial control, reporting, and business performance management across our Türkiye operations. The role reports directly to the General Manager - ECCO Türkiye and functionally to the Regional Financial Director.

What you'll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, periodic budget reviews, and financial planning for ECCO Türkiye
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, receivables, payables, and working capital requirements
• Monitor profitability, costs, margins, and key financial deviations across the business
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with ECCO procedures and statutory requirements
• Prepare timely daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reports as required by the General Manager and Regional Financial Director,
• Review major costs, leases, supplier agreements, investments, and other significant financial commitments
• Coordinate internal and external audits, financial risk follow-up, and finance-related compliance requirements
• Monitor store, e-commerce, wholesale, and inventory-related financial performance
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support key management decisions
• Lead the Finance team and oversee accounting, closing, reconciliations, tax-related processes, and statutory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, reporting quality, and efficiency
• Coordinate with Regional and Group Finance and deliver accurate, timely periodic financial reporting

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial control, or business finance, preferably within retail, fashion,
• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and management reporting
• Solid knowledge of Turkish statutory requirements, accounting principles, tax-related financial processes, and financial controls
• Proven experience in leading or supervising finance teams and coordinating internal and external audit processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights and recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/financial systems; SAP experience is a must
• Fluent Turkish and strong command of English.
