Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration; professional certification (CA/CPA) is highly regarded.
• Experience with IOM accounting systems or Oracle is advantageous.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and ability to produce clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payment requests with proper verification of supporting documents and invoices.
• Enter transactions in WAVE system.
• Reconcile and review vendor payables/receivables and monitor advances.
• Coordinate with procurement for clearance of commitments and assist with bank operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursements and proper recording of financial documents.
