Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Professional finance certification is desired.
• Language: Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Turkish.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural and technical support to staff within finance and budget to ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist in development and implementation of financial policies and proper accounting procedures.
• Monitor daily cash position to optimize surplus cash and maximize returns.
• Process payments to staff and invoices to suppliers in a timely and compliant manner.
• Contribute to budgets, monitor expenditures and forecasts to meet funding needs.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient financial and administrative services.
