Job summary

Arkas Lojistik is seeking a Finance Associate to monitor cash flow, prepare financial reports, and manage invoices and payments. The role requires 2+ years in Finance/Accounting, and strong Excel skills, with SAP knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP.
• Ready to respond promptly to daily ad hoc reports and requests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cash flow, DSO-DPO calculations, and other financial statements, and perform routine controls.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports in a timely manner in line with business needs.
• Follow up on income and expense invoices, maintain records in the Invoice Approval Tracking System, operational systems, and SAP.
• Issue invoices when the required system conditions are met.
• Review payment lists from overseas offices and follow up on collections.
• Gather information and provide supporting documentation requested by banks for payments subject to bank inquiries.
• Support finance operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
