Job summary

Apesan is seeking a finance operations assistant to accurately input invoices, bank transactions, and expense documents into Paraşüt and SAP Business One. You will support tax and statutory reporting, payroll records, SGK contributions, and monthly closings.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor's degree, 0–5 years experience, and are detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills. The role is on-site at the İkitelli OSB site in Başakşehir, Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of professional experience.
• Good understanding of basic finance and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent in following up on tasks and maintaining documentation.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately entering invoices, bank transactions, credit card receipts, expense documents, and other financial records into Paraşüt and SAP Business One systems.
• Providing data and documentation support to the accounting team for tax, tax return, and statutory reporting processes.
• Entering records related to payroll, SGK contributions, salaries, and personnel expenses into the system.
• Providing operational support to the Finance & Accounting team during monthly closing processes.
• Assisting with ad hoc reporting, checks, data collection, and other finance operations as assigned by the Finance Manager.
