Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead installation and maintenance activities on-site with customers in the Completions team. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure safe, compliant installations and act as the on-site expert while developing your knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.

We require a technical degree or extensive field experience, 10+ years in Lower Completions, and offshore deep-water experience for Cased Hole Gravel Pack.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in a related subject or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in Lower Completions (Sand Control, Gravel Packing).
• Experience in Deep Water Offshore operations for running Cased Hole Gravel Pack.
• Good knowledge of well completions and the Oil and Gas industry.
• Strong English communication and teamwork; proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Run high-risk applications in the Lower Completions Product Group.
• Ensure supplied equipment is compatible with other equipment used for the job.
• Install equipment following procedures to ensure flawless execution and minimize downtime.
• Provide frontline support with customers and complete all paperwork.
• Apply knowledge to increasing complexity/risk in Sand control systems and other product groups.
• Train on-the-job for Lower Completions applications and handle special projects.
• Mentor junior team members to deliver projects on time and within scope.

As a Field Supervisor, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions.

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Running high risk applications in the Lower Completions Product Group
• Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job
• Installing equipment in line with operating procedures to ensure flawless execution and minimizing down-time for our customers
• Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completing all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
• Continuing to expand and apply application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Sand control systems and/or other product groups
• Conducting on-the-job training for some Lower Completions applications as required and handling special projects as assigned
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior team members to deliver projects within timeframes, scopes and budgets

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a technical degree in a related subject or have good, relevant industry experience
• Have at least 10+ years’ experience in Lower Completions (Sand Control, Gravel Packing, )
• Have experience in Deep Water Offshore operations for running Cased Hole Gravel Pack
• Be able to show a good general knowledge of well completions and the Oil and Gas industry
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English
• Be able to show a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
