Job summary

Baker Hughes Türkiye seeks a Field Specialist I with 0-3 years of relevant experience to provide onsite direction for wellheads, trees and related equipment. You will coordinate operations, report activities to onshore teams, and collaborate with customers while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Travel and irregular hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years relevant experience.
• Skilled at discussing technical problems and solutions with the Customer.
• Skilled and confident to perform Troubleshooting and Repair work.
• Working proficiency in written & spoken English.
• Bachelor Engineering Degree (preferred Electric / Mechanical / Petroleum).
• Proactive approach to allocated tasks and ownership of all aspects of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical onsite direction and assistance for installation, operation and maintenance of Wellheads, X-trees and related equipment.
• Communicate with onshore support and customers regarding program activities and issues with timely reporting.
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and effective working with others.

As a Field Specialist 1-3 should be competent in his main Product Category (Wellheads, Controls or Trees/Completions etc. The level of competence for each level 1-3 is defined in the FSE Competency Matrix. Essentially a FS 1 will be competent in one core product group (e.g. MS700), a FS2 competent in two Product groups (e.g. MS700 & MS800) and a FS3 competent in all Product groups within his discipline

Responsibilities

• Provide technical onsite direction and assistance to the customer in the Operation, Maintenance, Repair and Installation of Wellheads, X-trees and other Baker Hughes related equipment within the employee’s discipline.
• Provide communication to onshore support and the customer regarding all program activities and problems through accurate, regular and timely reporting.
• Good knowledge and good mechanical aptitude, works and communicate well with others.
• Demonstrates confident knowledge of product group and working environment.
• Should evaluate job/task performance for product and overall operation.
• Perform and Coordinate onsite operations.
• Role can include job/task review, execution and follow-up.
• Safety mindset, understanding of HSE requirements, and stop work confident.
• Consistent use of GRID/TeamCentre/ePims/Pre-Job Planning.
• Job deliveries without Non-Productive Time (NPT).
• Actively participate in Lessons Learned Reporting.

• The job is of an Ad-hoc nature and the FSE will be expected to be flexible in their approach to irregular working patterns.
• Works safely at all times and able to deliver excellent Customer Satisfaction.
