Oerlikon seeks a Service Technician for thermal coatings to install, commission, maintain and support coating systems at customer sites. The role covers Türkiye and EMEA with up to 90% travel. You will train customers and document service activities, leveraging strong electronics and control systems know-how.

Fluent Turkish and good English are required, along with readiness to travel and work independently in a global team. A competitive package and company car are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed education as an electrician, mechatronics or automation technician, or comparable field.
• Industrial electronics experience with control loops and signals is essential.
• Qualification as an electrical specialist is a must.
• Reading electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings is required.
• PC and basic networking knowledge are required.
• Fluent Turkish (C1) and English (B1) are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%.
• Independent, proactive working style with team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Installation and commissioning of coating systems and sub-components at customer sites.
• Maintenance, repair and telephone support for colleagues and customers.
• Conduct customer training and provide technical instruction on systems.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving at customer sites.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Operate mainly in Türkiye with coverage across all EMEA regions.
