Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Service Engineer in Bursa, Türkiye to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, analyse issues, and participate in installations. You will work closely with customers to improve operation efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience in installations, maintenance and service work.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance activities per global standards and reinstate equipment to production.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and automation issues (HW, SW, Network) and perform root-cause analysis with Remote Support.
• Disassemble and assemble capital equipment at customer sites per process.
• Provide production support and on-site breakdown assistance.
• Install electromechanical upgrade kits and reinstate equipment in production.
• Conduct operator training on-site or remotely.
• Contribute ideas to S(K)AM for business development.
