Job summary

Biosense Webster, Inc., part of the Johnson & Johnson family, recruits a Field Service Engineer to be based in Istanbul, Türkiye. You will join a global leader in electrophysiology tools, delivering on-site and remote support, maintenance, and upgrades to Biosense Webster equipment across the territory.

Ideal candidates have engineering credentials, strong English and Turkish, travel willingness, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Turkish with strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
• BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently by air and adapt to field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for the installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of Biosense Webster equipment within the assigned territory.
• Manage service schedules, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and respond to emergency service requests.
• Build strong customer relationships, analyze satisfaction data, audit inventory, and maintain accurate records in the Service Management System.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, support incident investigations, maintain required healthcare vendor credentials, and follow all corporate health, safety, and environmental policies.

As the Field Service Engineer, you will:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for the installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of Biosense Webster equipment within the assigned territory.
• Manage service schedules, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and respond to emergency service requests.
• Build strong customer relationships, analyze satisfaction data, audit inventory, and maintain accurate records in the Service Management System.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, support incident investigations, maintain required healthcare vendor credentials, and follow all corporate health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English & Turkish, with strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Familiarity with service management systems and standard test equipment, such as digital multimeters, is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, participation in incident investigations, and a customer-focused approach are required.
• Valid Class B driver’s license, ability to travel frequently by air, and flexibility for short-notice travel are required.
• The role is approximately 25% office-based and 75% field-based.
• No outstanding military service obligation for male candidates
• BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics, or Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
