Job summary

Adecco is assisting as consultants for a China-based yeast and biotechnology company seeking a Feed Industry Sales Representative in Turkey. You will identify opportunities in livestock and agriculture sectors, build strong farmer, producer, and distributor relationships, and present product benefits while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Role requires 2+ years in animal feed sales in Turkey, Turkish native fluency, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in animal feed or agriculture in Turkey.
• Knowledge of Turkish agricultural policies and feed safety regulations.
• Fluent Turkish; business-level English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify target customer groups and market opportunities by closely monitoring the livestock and agriculture sectors in Turkey.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, including farmers, feed producers, premix manufacturers and distributors, to increase repeat sales.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to inform customers about product benefits, quality, and compliance with local regulations.
• Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, payment, and delivery terms to secure profitable agreements.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Turkish feed industry, and update sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to meet customer needs.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
• Preferably locate in Anatolian side, Istanbul.
