Job summary

AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG in Fatih, Istanbul, seeks a facilities and information security professional to oversee security, environmental and safety compliance, coordinate with authorities, and manage security systems. You will lead cyber security initiatives and ISMS-related activities to protect aviation safety and corporate assets.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company with airport authorities
• Coordinate correspondence between authorities and the company
• Ensure all non-aircraft maintenance systems operate safely
• Maintain facility standards and satisfy employees
• Maintain hangar and ground support equipment (GSE)
• Commission heating/cooling systems daily
• Oversee facility cleaning and waste/chemical disposal
• Manage employee catering, meal quality and meal plans
• Coordinate employee shuttle services from/to work area
• Arrange tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals for employees and visitors
• Procure stationary and cleaning materials
• Oversee Lifeline periodic checks
• Monitor firefighting and fire alarm systems daily and monthly
• Coordinate security operations with law enforcement and agencies
• Support emergency management and contingency planning
• Arrange executive protection activities and respond to emergencies
• Develop security procedures and assess security breaches
• Monitor compliance with security policies and government requirements
• Suggest improvements to security programs and asset protection
• Conduct physical property inspections to ensure security policy compliance
• Information Security related responsibilities: ensure ISMS compliance and cyber security initiatives
• Plan and deploy cyber security ICT solutions and maintain related standards
• Organize penetration testing and ISMS documentation upkeep
• Set up cyber security training programs
• Quality System and Safety: ensure HF principles, investigate audits, report hazards
• Participate in Management and Safety Reviews

Job description

• To represent the company in front of the airport authority
• To do the correspondence between authorities and the company
• To make sure all non-aircraft maintenance systems are operating correctly without any danger to the facility
• To make sure that the facility is running with the right standards and satisfying to all employees
• To maintain hangar building and ground support equipment (GSE)
• To commission the heating/cooling systems on daily basis
• To ensure facility cleaning and waste/chemical disposal and monitor waste management
• Responsible on the employees catering, food quality and meal plans
• Responsible on the employees' daily shuttle services from/to work area
• To arrange ticketing, hotel reservation, car rentals to employees and visitors
• Responsible for all stationary and cleaning material
• Responsible for Lifeline periodic checks
• To make sure that firefighting and fire alarm systems are operating and monitor fire extinguisher and fire cabinets on daily and monthly basis
• To control and monitor the eyes shower
• To prepare and apply security plan for the whole facility
• To maintain hangar building and ground equipment maintenance coordination with maintenance management, cleaning, catering and vending health and safety; procurement and contract management for utilities
• To check for compliance with Environmental Legislation
• To check for compliance with Work Safety and Health Legislation. Control and monitor facility safety measures
• To facilitate first aid kits and medicine
• To order security-related supplies and equipment as needed
• Full responsibility on the equipment and cars and follow up the periodic annual inspections of the vehicles, to control their fuel, to make fuel requests and purchases when needed, to have them cleaned, to do
• To coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies
• To assist in emergency management and contingency planning
• To arrange for or perform executive protection activities
• To respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures
• To recommend security procedures for security call centers, operations centers, domains, asset classification systems, system acquisition, system development, system maintenance, access control, program models, or reporting tools
• To identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches
• To monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives
• To analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement
• To create or implement security standards, policies, and procedures
• To conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations

Information Security related responsibilities:

• To ensure compliance with company's Information Security Management System Manual
• To ensure communication of cyber related initiatives within the company
• To ensure that enough resource is available for the overall sufficiency of the cyber security system and related personnel
• To plan, deploy and operate cyber security ICT solutions to support entities with information security and aviation safety business
• To provide ICT and cyber security related technical standard, development, integration, testing, implementation, operation, maintenance, monitoring and support
• To organize yearly penetration test activities, develop and improve the ISMS manual and related procedures
• To setup the cyber security and related training program

Quality System and Safety and Quality Policy related responsibilities:

• To ensure that HF principles and safety objectives are considered to prevent unsafe conditions
• To ensure that all findings resulting from independent quality audits are investigated and all corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner
• To report occurrences/hazards related to the Quality Department
• To participate in Management Review and Safety Review Board Meetings
