Job summary

Henkel is seeking a finance professional in the Marmara region to lead IFRS reporting, monthly closings, and annual statements. You will collaborate with multinational stakeholders, support audits, and drive process improvements within the finance organization.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in external reporting for a multinational or international audit firm, solid IFRS knowledge, and SAP proficiency, with strong English communication. Turkish fiscal awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills and ability to handle multinational stakeholders.
• Proactive, analytical, and team-oriented with interest in accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial statements and plans.
• Support closings and reporting processes with accurate data and controls.
• Analyse financial data and support accounting projects and improvements.
• Act as advisor to local Finance on accounting questions and liaise with auditors.
• Coordinate with Intercompany and fixed asset processes and external auditors.

About this Position

Thisposition offers strong exposure to financial reporting within a multinationalenvironment, with a particular focus on IFRS reporting, financial statements,and related controls. The role combines a solid accounting foundation with astrong reporting focus, playing an active part in monthly, quarterly, andannual closing and reporting processes while ensuring the accuracy andcompliance of financial information. You will work closely with Finance teams,business units, external auditors, and international stakeholders, whilecontributing to financial analyses, accounting-related projects, and continuousimprovement of reporting processes.

What you´ll do

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and planfinancial statements under IFRS
• Active involvement in accounting and controllingprojects
• Execution of financial analyses
• Advisor to local Finance organization for accountingrelated questions
• Managing external auditor for closing activities
• Business partnering with Henkel’s business units andfunctions for accounting related questions
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities requested by themanagement
• Local point of contact for Intercompany and fixed assetprocesses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience in externalreporting of a multinational company or an international audit companypreferred
• Knowledge about IFRS accounting, legal and fiscalrequirements of Turkey
• Knowledge in MS Office and SAP
• Must have good English communication skills and withexperience in handling multinational stakeholders
• SMMM is a plus
• Highly motivated to grow in financial area, proactiveand open-minded team player with strong analytical skills.
