Job summary

MY Consulting Ltd. in Türkiye seeks a Deputy General Manager for Domestic Construction Operations to lead the company’s domestic construction business, oversee tender activity, and manage stakeholder relations across infrastructure and strategic projects.

Reporting to the Chairman, the role requires a proven senior executive with strong government connections, global competitiveness, and an ability to drive growth, profitability, and project delivery across dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management or related discipline; master’s degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage domestic construction operations including infrastructure, superstructure and strategic projects.
• Maintain relationships with ministries, municipalities, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through tenders and partnerships.
• Direct tender management: assessment, strategy, consortia, negotiations, acquisitions.
• Oversee project portfolio performance including profitability and risk management.
