Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in customer success, account or program management for enterprise SaaS.
• Strong experience with loyalty, CRM, marketing, or customer engagement programs.
• Proven renewal success and long-term contract retention.
• Experience working with cross-functional operations and delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive regional adoption and value through customer success plans and KPI-driven insights.
• Manage senior client relationships with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and exec teams.
• Shape roadmaps with data-driven insights across Product, Sales and Delivery.
• Govern portfolio with business reviews and risk management.
• Support renewals and expansion opportunities to grow ARR.
• Lead and coach regional team with clear goals and feedback.
