Job summary

An innovative technology company in Turkey seeks a Project Manager & Network Operations professional to lead the deployment of high-power charging stations. This role requires over 5 years of experience in large-scale EV or similar infrastructure deployment, alongside strong project-management skills. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of electrical systems and a robust network among local contractors. Frequent travel across Turkey is expected, and fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in deploying EV charging or comparable infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems.
• Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive rollout of BYD Flash Charging sites ensuring delivery.
• Build and maintain a regional partner network.
• Oversee operational monitoring and coordinate maintenance.
