Job summary

ICANN in Istanbul, Türkiye seeks a Stakeholder Engagement Regional Analyst for Europe, East Europe and Central Asia to support outreach, build relationships, and shape regional engagement strategies in line with ICANN’s Strategic Plan.

You will manage stakeholder communications, plan events (virtual and in-person), draft reports, and coordinate with the GSE team to implement the Europe Regional Engagement Plan across cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience; Master’s degree with 1–2 years preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English; knowledge of additional European language advantageous.
• Familiarity with ICANN, DNS, internet governance, and multi-stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship management and communication strategies with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Represent ICANN at external engagement activities, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis on regional developments affecting ICANN.
• Monitor community participation, identify engagement gaps and trends, and draft papers.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional stakeholder engagement initiatives, events and meetings (virtual and in-person).
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Draft reports, take meeting notes, and oversee communication tools for community projects.
