Job summary

Gizli is seeking a Stock Code Management Specialist to join our Head Office team. You will be responsible for creating, activating, and maintaining stock codes within the ERP system, ensuring correct categorization under the Main Group – Sub Group – Detail Group structure, and maintaining data integrity across BOMs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in ERP systems and master data management, with strong analytical thinking and cross-department communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP systems and master data management.
• Strong knowledge of stock code structures, BOM, and categorization processes.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify data errors and develop solutions.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Creating, activating, and accurately defining stock codes in the ERP system.
• Ensuring correct categorization of stock codes in Main Group – Sub Group – Detail Group structure.
• Regularly reviewing stock codes and correcting definitions.
• Maintaining data integrity and implementing revisions to stock codes.
• Creating and updating BOMs for semi-finished and finished goods in the system.
• Ensuring BOM accuracy and alignment with operational processes.
• Performing data quality checks for stock codes and BOM structures and identifying errors.
• Preventing duplicate records and incorrect categorization.
• Establishing data entry standards for stock code creation and management.
• Tracking changes to codes and ensuring data consistency.
• Evaluating requests from departments and defining them in the system.
• Coordinating with procurement, operations, and finance for data accuracy.
• Providing improvement suggestions for ERP systems and master data processes.
• Supporting data infrastructure for reporting, costing, and pricing analyses.
• Managing inactive or obsolete product codes (deactivation, archiving).
• Assisting users with stock code and BOM management processes.
