Job summary

Aygaz is seeking a university-educated Purchaser with an engineering background and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchasing to cover all non-LPG procurement across the group, coordinating with relevant departments.

You will manage the full purchasing cycle—from quotations and tendering to placing orders, contracts, deliveries, supplier payments and stock control—while ensuring alignment with production and quality goals, reporting, and import processes.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering degree and minimum 2 years of purchasing experience.
• Experience in procurement of raw materials, operating supplies, consumables, and services for production.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; English B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all purchasing activities, excluding LPG, for Aygaz Group companies in coordination with relevant departments.
• Manage full purchasing cycle: quotations, RFP-RFQ-tender processes, purchase forms, approvals, orders, contracts, deliveries, supplier payments, and stock entries/exits.
• Interpret and compare equipment specifications, prepare reports, and coordinate with production to align purchasing with processes.
• Plan supplier-based activities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost in new products and processes; support R&D projects.
