Qualifications

• Experience in accounting operations from A to Z.
• Proficient in accounting software (Login preferred).
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage customer collections and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in accounting operations from A to Z.
• Proficient in accounting software (Login preferred).
• Responsible for daily accounting tasks.
• Responsible for tracking and archiving incoming and outgoing documents.
• Responsible for preparing price quotes, creating order records, and tracking product deliveries
• Responsible for issuing sales invoices
• Responsible for tracking current account debts and receivables
• Proficient in e-invoicing, e-archiving, and e-delivery note systems
• Responsible for closely following up and finalizing customer collections
• Responsible for preparing reports on all activities in accounting
