Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical engineer to lead elevator modernization projects. You will review site surveys, create layout drawings in AutoCAD, and develop budgets with field teams.

Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, 5+ years in elevator modernization, knowledge of EN 81-20/81-50, and fluent English. AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of elevator modernization, design, estimation or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of elevator modernization processes, components and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review site surveys, measurements and technical findings from field teams.
• Prepare and revise mechanical/electrical drawings for modernization projects in AutoCAD.
• Develop layout drawings, shaft plans and technical details for modernization.
• Perform technical calculations and ensure feasibility and compliance with standards.
• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets and material take-offs.
