Job summary

Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH is seeking an Internal Sales Assistant to support sales targets and manage orders. You will handle quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and inquiries, while building strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

The role requires commercial training or equivalent, experience in internal sales or order management, and fluency in Turkish with good English.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or order management.
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical B2B environment.
• Strong customer focus, organisational skills, and a structured, proactive way of working.
• SAP skills are a big advantage.
• Fluent Turkish and good English skills; MS Office and ERP/CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial enquiries throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio and support the development of existing and new customers
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking
• Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service
