Job summary

izURET is expanding its engineering division and seeks an Electrical Engineer/Modeler to lead electrical modeling and construction drawing development in AutoCAD and Revit, guided by the Engineering Manager and client direction.

The role requires 1–3+ years in the AEC industry, strong Revit/AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and fluent English (C1) to communicate with US clients. You will manage project deliverables, ensure QAQC, and help grow our electrical team.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• 1-3+ years AEC industry experience.
• Strong Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD experience.
• Strong MS Office experience.
• Experience in analysis and design calculations of electrical systems is preferable.
• Project leadership experience is preferable.
• Interest in managing people, projects, and client communication.
• Fluent in English at C1 level, able to communicate with USA clients.

Responsibilities

We are now creating an engineering division to expand our services to our clients on each and every project. We are seeking to create a team of engineers and BIM modelers to tackle mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and civil aspects of a wide range of projects spanning from retail, restaurant, and commercial buildings to heavy industrial, data centers and even hospitality.

• This person will be working with and learning directly from the Engineering Manager as well as several peers with an extensive range of backgrounds and experiences.
• This position will require flexibility and adaptability as we seek to address our clients’ wide-ranging requests and grow our capabilities project by project.

Job Description:

• Lead electrical modeling and construction drawing development efforts in AutoCAD and/or Revit based on direction provided by client and Engineering Manager.
• Gather data and perform electrical design calculations in accordance with US code requirements and guidance from supervisors.
• Understand and apply company-wide QAQC controls and standards.
• Research code compliance requirements specific to the project locations and advise on project adherence to these codes.
• Manage time spent completing project deliverables within prescribed budget and schedule.
• Effectively manage all assigned projects according to their Project Brief scope.
