Job summary

WEEXA is a leading group in the digital transformation market, with 33 years of experience and 175+ experts worldwide. As an EDI Analyst in Turkey, you will help ensure the smooth operation of customers' EDI environments by monitoring data flows and supporting critical integrations.

Responsibilities include monitoring EDI transactions, investigating Level 1 incidents, analyzing data exchange issues, communicating with customers and internal teams, creating documentation, and ensuring SLA

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in IT Support, Application Support, EDI, ERP, Integration, or similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken English (minimum B2)
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Eagerness to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Monitor EDI transactions and system alerts
• Investigate and resolve Level 1 support incidents
• Analyze data exchange issues and identify root causes
• Communicate with customers and internal technical teams
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in knowledge sharing within the team
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Ensure SLA compliance
