Job summary

Maa-Althahab, a MAISON DE MAA Group brand, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to grow online sales across company websites and marketplaces. You will lead e-commerce strategy, optimise the customer journey, and ensure profitable operations.

Responsibilities include managing product listings and pricing, coordinating with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations, monitoring performance, and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the company's website and online marketplace accounts.
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Coordinate with Marketing to execute digital campaigns and promotional activities.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor website performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior, recommending improvements.
• Manage the online product catalogue and ensure content accuracy.
• Oversee customer service performance for online channels and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, payment providers, and third-party partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and e-commerce best practices.
