Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in e-commerce, social media and digital marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with social media tools and AI-powered platforms.
• Proven product management and global brand strategy experience for online channels.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem solving, planning, and adaptability; agile mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to category budget planning and monitor key metrics.
• Manage e-commerce product portfolio, introduce/discontinue products, optimize assortment.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth and pricing actions.
• Coordinate promotions and discounts with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality of listings and improve content/navigation.
• Monitor inventory and align with forecasts.
• Improve stock turnover and product availability; work with digital marketing to boost traffic and sales.
• Prepare and present category performance reports and insights.

More About the Role

• Contributing to category budget planning and monitoring sales, revenue, gross profit, margin, conversion rate, and average basket size to ensure alignment with budget objectives
• Managing the e-commerce product portfolio by making decisions on new product introductions, product discontinuations, and assortment optimization
• Analyzing market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activities to identify category growth opportunities, while conducting regular competitor product and pricing analyses and implementing necessary pricing actions
• Coordinating promotional campaigns, discount activities, and special sales events in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize category performance
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of product listings, content, visuals, and category navigation while driving continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Monitoring category inventory levels and collaborating with relevant teams to align stock management with sales forecasts and demand trends
• Driving initiatives to improve stock turnover, product availability, and accessibility, while working closely with digital marketing teams to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance
• Preparing, analyzing, and presenting category performance reports and actionable insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making

All About You

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with MS Office applications
• Ability to leverage social media management and AI-powered tools to enhance customer engagement and business performance
• Proven experience in product management and developing global brand strategies tailored for online sales channels and digital platforms
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Ability to solve problems, plan and organize work effectively, adapt to evolving technologies, business processes, and market trends, develop agile approaches, and continuously learn and improve
