Job summary

Modanisa is seeking a Business Development & Technology Management Trainee who is passionate about fashion, e-commerce and technology. You will work across business, product and technology teams to turn data and ideas into actionable solutions in a fast-paced global environment.

You will identify opportunities by analyzing customer needs and market trends, collaborate with Operations, Data, BI and Technology teams, and leverage AI-powered insights to improve inventory, store and warehouse

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, CS, MIS, Data Science, AI, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics or related field.
• Strong interest in business development, product management, technology, AI, data and e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable solutions.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and prioritization of the product backlog in line with product vision and business needs.
• Identify business and product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, operational challenges, market trends and data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Data, BI and Technology teams to turn needs into practical solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered analysis and automation to generate actionable insights for inventory, store and warehouse processes.
• Explore AI-powered product ideas, support pilots and measure impact.
• Contribute to initiatives that utilize technology and data to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Track product performance and outcomes, using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support cross‑functional projects from idea to implementation and measurement.

What Will You Do?

• Track product performance and business outcomes, using data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support cross‑functional projects and initiatives from idea generation through implementation and performance measurement.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in business development, product management, technology, AI, data, and e-commerce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data, customer insights, and business needs into actionable solutions
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel, with an ability to work comfortably with data and perform basic analysis
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on projects, and pay attention to detail
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
