INTERTECH in Turkey seeks an experienced IT specialist to design, implement, and manage Active Directory and Unified Messaging services. You will lead AD DS/AD FS/AD CS/AD RMS design and oversee Exchange Server, MS Teams, and Skype for Business administration.

Join a dynamic team, develop documentation, ensure security and high availability, and stay current with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Strong English and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6+ years designing, implementing, and managing AD and Unified Messaging.
• Deep knowledge of AD, Exchange Server, MS Teams, and related tech.
• Proficiency with Group Policy and Manage Engine Suite.
• English proficiency, both speaking and writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Microsoft Identity Manager GAL Sync, Group Policy, and the Manage Engine Suite.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of AD and Unified Messaging.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Active Directory and Unified Messaging services.


• Deep understanding of Active Directory, Exchange Server, MS Teams, and related technologies.


• Proficiency with Group Policy and Manage Engine Suite.


• Good command of English both spoken and written.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), and Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS).


• Oversee the administration and maintenance of Exchange Server, MS Teams, and Skype for Business.


• Manage Microsoft Identity Manager GAL Sync, Group Policy, and the Manage Engine Suite (AD Audit Plus, AD Self Service Plus, AD Manager Plus, Exchange Reporter Plus).


• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all Active Directory and Unified Messaging services.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.


• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
